After signing the procurement contract for the "Automatic Enameling Production Line for Water Heater Liners" with Zhengzhou Haier New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. of Haier Group, relying on our strong corporate strength, rich experience in the enameling industry, advanced technology, excellent product quality, high production efficiency, and premium after-sales service, our company quickly established a project team composed of core technical engineers. Upholding the philosophy of "customer first" and relying on our highly professional technical capabilities, we actively applied the industry's most advanced technologies, continuously innovated and optimized every structural design, and strived to meet every detail of the customer's requirements. All departments of the company worked overtime on design, procurement, and manufacturing. Through joint efforts and overcoming challenges such as production power restrictions and severe shortages of imported materials and purchased components, the project was loaded and shipped on September 26 and 27, 2021.
Project Introduction
This automated, informatized, and intelligent automatic enameling production line for water heater liners is the 15th automated enameling production line for water heater liners provided by our company to Haier Group's water heater production bases. The "Automatic Enameling Production Line for Water Heater Liners" integrates our company's more than ten years of rich experience in the water heater industry and adopts dozens of our invention patent technologies. The project uses dual-station robot automatic loading, intelligent workpiece conveying via accumulation chains, three-station robot automatic unloading and enameling, and three-station robot automatic transferring and firing. The wet enameling of liners adopts processes and technologies such as waste heat drying from firing and automatic firing, with the overall production cycle of the line reaching 18 seconds per unit.
This project boasts numerous advantages, including high automation, informatization, and intelligence, low labor input, fast production cycle (18s/unit), high production efficiency (up to 200 units/hour), good production environment, low comprehensive energy consumption, high visibility for visits, environmental friendliness, strong production versatility, high flexibility, and small footprint. The enameling furnace uses natural gas heating, with its "core component" adopting German(original imported) 601 high-temperature resistant alloy steel P-type radiation tubes combined with self-preheating high-efficiency energy-saving burners and other latest energy-saving and environmental protection technologies. Meanwhile, the energy-saving technology of waste gas waste heat utilization ensures the enameling furnace has advantages such as low energy consumption and good temperature uniformity.
After putting this production line into operation, it will become another classic of advanced technology production line equipment in the water heater industry, following the first-phase automatic enameling line for air-source heat pump water heater liners of Zhengzhou Haier.
