On May 10, 2021, experts from the review team of China Quality Certification Center (CQC) conducted a supervisory review of the company's quality management system. With the high attention of the company's leadership and the active cooperation of all departments, the review work was carried out smoothly and the certification review was successfully passed.

On January 11, 2021, the first review team communicated with participants about the review plan and requirements.

Chairman Zhu Haixiao emphasized at the meeting that internal audits must strictly follow the standards, identify loopholes for improvement, and ensure smooth passage of external reviews.

On May 10, 2021, Chairman Zhu Haixiao welcomed the review team on behalf of the company to Tianmei New Group. He stated that all departments would actively cooperate with the reviewers, hoping to timely identify issues, uncover shortcomings in management and work processes through this external review, and improve them; meanwhile, taking this review as a key step to further perfect the company's quality management system and elevate its management level to a new height.

The expert review team adopted the process review method of the 2015 version, conducting on-site sampling reviews of various production processes (enamel spraying, high-temperature enamel firing equipment, dust-free painting, powder spraying, electrophoresis coating equipment, non-standard automation equipment, etc.), order management, procurement processes, development processes, and customer satisfaction. From a professional perspective, they pointed out existing issues in our company's system operation and provided improvement suggestions.

Through this review, the team unanimously agreed that our company's quality system is generally operating well, fully implementing the quality policy and objectives, with effective operation and remarkable performance. After internal communication, it was confirmed that our quality system complies with ISO9001 requirements and certification standards, and the review was approved.

Implementing the ISO9001 quality management system has always been a long-term commitment of our company. All employees must continue to strengthen their learning and understanding of the standards, and continuously pay attention to the evolving needs of customers.
